Just thought you’d like to know that a story that I started as an exercise in your October "How to Build Your Story" workshop here in Peterborough has just been published by Near to the Knuckle in the UK.

“There’s Something About Fiona” is about a young waitress that has a very unhealthy obsession with a country music star.

Another story I wrote, “The Prey Series: Viktor” that explores the adventures and psyche of a young woman assassin also appears in a recent edition of Near to the Knuckle.

Thank you for the great ideas in your workshop.

We were in Cuba, where Internet access is dodgy at best, so I only saw that I’d been published on CommuterLit when we got back. For those who may be interested, you can read the story here.
I did have a comment from a friend that Cassandra took refuge in Athena's temple, not Apollo's (makes sense) - but there had to be some literary licence to make it work. That's my excuse and I'm stickin' to it!
