Love letters ~ Where your fellow writers are finding agents and getting published,; plus writers wanted

Hello, Brian.
Yay, Shauna!
I’m writing to thank you for your help and advice in both tweaking the manuscript and crafting the query letter for my novel, The Name’s George. After attending your “How to Get Published” workshop with Martha Webb of the McDermid Agency, I’ve had four requests for the full manuscript as well as one partial. I am thrilled and hopeful that I can write you again with news that I’ve secured representation.
Thanks again and all the best,
Shauna Clinning,
Oakville, Ontario
Note: My next How to Get Published workshops are coming up on Saturday, Oct 3, in St. John, NB,  (details here), and on Saturday, Oct 17, in Hamilton with Rachel Letofsky of the Cooke Agency (see here). ~ Brian

Hi, Brian.
I just wanted to let you know that the magazine Our Canada published my creative non-fiction story "Wind Power" in their August/September issue.
I took one of your creative writing courses last year and would never have thought about trying to publish short fiction without your guidance in the course and your website which lists places to submit work.
Thanks so much,
Wendy Million

Hi, Brian.
As you know, my novella, Jazz, has been published with Quattro Books. I have another two books in draft stages, one a novel and the other a book about engaging with alternately abled children using arts modalities.
My new play, is premiering this weekend. I'm proud of the work. This past year, I have been touring the province giving workshops on creative writing in the schools. I'm working on a film treatment for Jazz. And, I've been invited to be part of the faculty at the 2016 San Miguel Writer's Conference next Feb. So lots of good things happening on the writing front.
Hope this finds you well!
All good things,

Hello, Brian.

A few sample topics would be about Women’s Health, Food sensitivities,  and Natural Foods vs Processed.
Kind Regards,
