Three Australian publishers (Pan Macmillan, Penguin Random House, and Text Publishing) that accept unagented manuscripts – everything from Picture Books to Adult fiction and nonfiction

Pan Macmillan Australia accepts electronic manuscript submissions directly from writers between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. the first Monday of every month. Note that Australia is 14 hours ahead of Toronto and New York, so at 2 a.m. our time, it’s already 4 p.m. in Australia.
They’re seeking:
Commercial fiction – women’s fiction, romance, thriller, crime, historical, humour, paranormal, fantasy
Literary fiction and non-fiction – novels, short stories, and narrative non-fiction only
Children’s books and young adult – junior and middle grade fiction, young adult/crossover fiction; we are not accepting picture book submissions
Commercial non-fiction – history, memoir, mind body spirit, travel, health, diet, biography
Submission guidelines for Manuscript Mondays here.

Penguin Random House Australia accepts unagented manuscripts for young readers, pre-school picture books to young adult novels.
If your manuscript will engage and excite young readers, we'd love to see it. Picture book submissions are open from 1 April to 30 November. All other submissions are open from 1 February to 30 November.
Send the complete manuscript as a Word or PDF attachment to: kidspitch@penguinrandomhouse.com.au
But first be sure to check out their complete guidelines here.
