Latitude 46 Publishing was established in 2015 by Heather Campbell and Laura Stradiotto with a goal to publish distinctive literary works by established and emerging authors with a connection to northern Ontario, as well as narratives about the unique landscape and culture of the region. Latitude 46 seeks to uncover the untold stories of the North, both fiction and nonfiction. They’re equally interested in representing diverse storytellers who can bring ideas and facts to life.

Latitude 46 Publishing is located in Sudbury, ON, along the 46th parallel. You don’t need to live in Sudbury to be considered, but you must call Northern Ontario home. You don’t have to write about the north but Latitude 46 will priotize stories that are based in the region or inspired by it.

Submissions:

Latitude 46 wants a chapter-by-chapter outline, an overview of your project, including your book idea, comparable titles and authors who have inspired you, and ideas for promoting your book, and sample chapters – about 10% of the total or up to five chapters, and not necessarily the first chapters.
