Two agents at Holloway Literary are looking for new authors.

Bethany Fulk was recently promoted to junior agent. Like all new agents, she needs authors. Prior to being promoted to her current position, Bethany was with the agency as an intern and then an assistant for the past two years.  She graduated from Davis and Elkins College cum laude in 2017 with a BA in English. Following graduation, Bethany worked as a public relations assistant and most recently as an editorial assistant. Before joining Holloway Literary, Bethany interned with North Star Editions and Foundry Literary and Media. Bethany now lives in Virginia with her husband, and enjoys spending her time writing and reading.

Bethany is looking for Middle Grade and Young Adult fiction. In Middle Grade, she wants Fantasy (all types), Historical Fiction/Fantasy, Paranormal, Mysteries, Adventure stories, Retellings (myth, folklore, legends, fairytales), and Friendship stories.

In Young Adult, she’s looking for Fantasy (all types), Historical Fiction/Fantasy, Paranormal, Spies/Heists, Gothic/Horror (more suspense, less gore), Retellings (myth, folklore, legends, fairytales), and Romance (Rom-Coms!)

She has a few special Requests: Lore, myths, and fairytales from around the world; Something that makes me feel like I’m on vacation; Villains; Theme parks; Paranormal (witches, ghosts, werewolves–give me all of them!); and Fun sports stories (I love lacrosse and soccer).

Nikki Terpilowski established Holloway Literary in 2011. She is looking for both fiction and nonfiction. 

In adult fiction, she’s seeking Historical Romance, especially Regency and Highlander, Contemporary Romance, especially diverse, small-town and or southern settings, Women’s Fiction, especially with magical realism and or southern settings, Mystery (Cozy, traditional, historical), Domestic suspense/thrillers, Historical fiction, and Southern fiction.

She also want Middle Grade and Young Adult fantasy and science fiction.

In nonfiction, Nikki is seeking Lifestyle, Travel, Culinary, History, Yoga/Mindfulness, and New Age books.
