Two new mysteries from Lynn McPherson and a juvenile novel from Chris Read!

 

Hi, Brian!

I have two books out now. Instagoner a mystery published with Level Best Books (see here) and Peril in Pink a cozy with Crooked Lane Books (see here). Both came out in 2024, under the pseudonym Sydney Leigh. 

Since then I've acquired a great agent – Carolyn Forde at Transatlantic. I'm on submission now and we’ll see how that goes. Meanwhile I'm working on another book, and I'm about halfway through a messy first draft.

Hi, Brian.

My book Queenie Jean is in Trouble Again managed to find a home at Heritage House, a small independent BC publisher. See here.

Queenie also earned a starred review at Quill & Quire (here). And after being included in the 2024-25 North Shore Authors Collection in local libraries on the North Shore, Queenie became the most-borrowed children's book at the North Vancouver District Public Library (here).

I'm currently working on two middle grade books, a second Queenie book & another totally different one.
