ReplyDeleteWork & Issues Related to Work

John Ruskin said, "The highest reward for a person's toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it. "
We are our work, whether we bake bread, drive a cab or a bulldozer, teach school, manage money, serve coffee, save lives, plant trees, catch fish, harvest crops, sell stuff, write stories, deliver goods, or solve the problems of going into space. Everyone has a narrative about work, so give us your best, and most compelling writing, prose or poetry concerning some issue, some moment at work.
Poetry/Flash Fiction Contest
Contest closes October 10th, 2010
The anthology (ISBN) will be published by the end of February 2011. Ascent Aspirations Magazine has discontinued its print issues in favour of producing one slightly larger anthology as a book rather than a serial.
