Beverley Slopen is
the proprietor and currently the sole agent at this agency. Beverley represents
a diverse list of internationally published and acclaimed authors in fields
ranging from literary and commercial fiction to history, narrative nonfiction,
anthropology, biography, to carefully selected true crime and self-help.
She doesn’t handle poetry, very few children’s
titles, and almost no horror, romance, or illustrated books.

She doesn’t take on many new clients and those she
does take on usually come to her by referral. However, Beverley is always open
