library is looking for long short stories, 12,000 – 15,000 words.
Entries must be submitted in an
electronic format (preferably in Word)

One Book, Many Stories Writing
Contest for kids, ages 8–18:
Maximum
length: No more than 2000 words, typed.
All
stories must be titled either “The Headmaster’s Wager” or “Bloodletting and Miraculous
Cures.”
Overall Guidelines:
Have
a clear beginning, middle, and end
No
handwritten work, please.
Please
keep stories appropriate in the scope of language and violence, readers of all ages
will be enjoying these stories. One
entry per person, please.
