Hi, Brian.
I'm excited to share that I'll be going to Vancouver May 6 to attend the Red Cedar Award ceremony at the Vancouver Public Library (see here). Speechless has been given a warm welcome on the west coast, also being nominated for the Surrey Schools' Book of the Year and the Langley Book of the Year.
I've already been booked for a couple of school presentations in Pemberton, and I'd love to do more school and library visits while I'm in B.C. So, hey, for all you Quick Brown Fox readers out on the west coast, I'm in the Vancouver area May 1–6 and Nanaimo area May 8–10. For details, see here.
Closer to home, I'll be appearing at the Prince Edward County Authors' Festival April 20 – 22 (see here), and I'll be leading a series of "Sophie's Studio" writing workshops for children age 8–12, on Saturdays, May 20 – June 10, at the Goldhawk Park branch of the Toronto Public Library. For details, see here.
Thank you for all your encouragement and support.
Cheers,
Jennifer
Good luck, Jennifer! ~Brian
