Tough Like Mum by
Lana Button
Illustrated by Carmen Mok
Kim and her mum are tough. Everyone in town says so. But Kim is learning that sometimes toughness doesn't
look like what you'd expect.
In this tender
mother-daughter story about family hardship, vulnerability and love, Kim and
her mum learn that truly being tough can mean a willingness to show
vulnerability and accept help.
