The Ottawa Citizen invites short story submissions

The Ottawa Citizen invites you to contribute short stories for The Wrap – an advertising feature that’s literally wrapped around the weekly flyers inserted in the newspaper.

Adults are invited to send fiction of less than 1200 words to: advertisingfeatures@ottawacitizen.com
No payment, but excellent distribution throughout the Ottawa area.

    I would send the Ottawa Citizen a short story if they were paying for them. The paper is no doubt using these stories to sell papers and make money; it should take some of that money to pay contributors.
